Sima joined both Trout Unlimited and the Chapter Board in 2023, immediately filling the officer position of Secretary. As Secretary, Sima has taken thorough and organized records of the board’s meetings. Beyond that, Sima has driven a huge change in the Chapter’s Social Media strategy, adding detailed and engaging social media posts that allow our Chapter members to see all the activities and programs we offer. These posts are used in our Newsletters and website. Sima also plays a significant role in organizing and managing the logistics of this annual banquet.

In her short time, Sima has volunteered, promoted, and helped with many of our events including the Family Fishing Picnic, Spring Creek Cleanup Day, The Redd Count, and more. Sima has truly made a meaningful impact in the Board’s functionality in her short time distinguishing her as the perfect recipient of the Brookie Award!
